Material Flow Data Analyst
Your Responsibilities As a Material Flow Data Analyst for Horicon Works located in Horicon, WI, you will will help lead the material flow team forward in data analytics and visualizations, supporting automation and smart connected factory initiatives. In addition, you will:
Establish and maintain labor standards for material handling performance pay plans. Develop and maintain various dashboards, scripts, and reports. Identify ways to develop sustainable data provisioning solutions Implement new manufacturing processes and technology. Act as liaison between Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and Supply Management to identify best practices that maximize facility utilization, improve productivity, and reduce material handling. Lead small and medium projects from concept through implementation that may require capital and budget justification. Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position. What Skills You Need Experience working with large data sets Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlikview Experience working within cross-functional teams Strong verbal and written communication skills 3 or more years of shop floor experience What Makes You Stand Out Exposure to Data bricks, EDL, SAP HANA and/or python Ability to visualize data and make observations and visualizations Experience with Mp-Planner, SAP and warehouse management systems Experience with incentive pay systems (CIPP) and standard work Industrial Engineering experience Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

$80K -- $100K

Data Science & Machine LearningEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
